Two distinct but interconnected zones define the customer experience. A brightly illuminated Product Display Zone wraps the perimeter, while a central immersive environment known as the Arbour anchors the space.

A continuous U-shaped wall traces the store’s edge, guiding customers along a gentle loop. This zone is bright, white and clean, with shelving that appears to float. Each detail is restrained and precise, allowing the product range to quietly take focus.

At the centre of the store sits the Arbour, a light-filled environment overflowing with greenery. It is the experiential heart of the space where consultation and interaction take place. Cylindrical elements house fragrance displays, a cast concrete sink and product testing stations. Sandstone plinths and polished metal details contribute to an atmosphere that is tactile and calm. A reference to the brand’s home in the Blue Mountains connects the space back to nature.

The iKOU QVB store offers a sensorial and serene retail experience. It invites slowness and presence through architecture that speaks quietly but clearly.
